Services / Installation & Commissioning

Installation & Commissioning

From delivery to validated production, without the delays.

Hawkland Global's engineers install, commission and qualify your equipment on site. Your line reaches stable, compliant production on schedule.

Overview

The Critical Step Between Delivery and Production

Buying the right machine is only half the job. Poor installation, rushed start-up or incomplete qualification can delay production by months and leave your plant exposed during inspections.

Our project engineers manage the full sequence on site: receiving and positioning equipment, connecting utilities, starting up and fine-tuning each machine, and completing the qualification documents your quality team needs. We coordinate closely with manufacturers' specialists so responsibility stays clear.

What We Deliver On Site

Factory Acceptance Testing

We witness FAT at the manufacturer's facility and confirm performance before the equipment ships.

Mechanical Installation

Rigging, positioning, levelling and anchoring of machines, with line integration and conveyors.

Utility Hook-Up

Connection of electrical, compressed air, water, steam and HVAC services to each machine.

Commissioning & Start-Up

Dry runs, wet runs and product trials to reach rated speed and consistent output.

Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)

Protocol execution, test records and final reports that support regulatory approval.

Handover & Training

As-built documents, operating manuals and hands-on training for operators and maintenance staff.

Installation

Equipment is positioned, aligned and connected according to approved layouts.

03

Commissioning

Each system is started, tested and adjusted, first individually and then as an integrated line.

04

Qualification

IQ, OQ and PQ protocols are executed and reports prepared for QA approval.

05

Handover

The line is handed over with documentation, training records and a spare-parts plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you commission equipment you did not supply?

Yes. We can install and commission equipment from other suppliers, subject to a technical review of the machine and documentation.

Who writes the qualification protocols?

We prepare IQ/OQ/PQ protocols for your QA team's approval, then execute them and compile the final reports.

How long does commissioning take?

It depends on the scope. A single machine may take days, while a full line takes several weeks. We agree a detailed schedule before mobilising.

Will our staff be trained?

Yes. Operator and maintenance training is part of every handover, with training records for your files.
